Shi joined Cube in 2019 and works as an Investment Manager with experience in digital infrastructure and EV charging.

Shi started his career in 2017 in Rothschild & Co Global Advisory (Paris) with experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, Restructuring and Rating Advisory. During his off-cycle year in 2015 and 2016, Shi interned in Crédit Agricole CIB’s M&A team and in Lazard Frères’ Telecom & Technology team in Paris.

Shi holds a Master in Management degree from HEC Paris with a major in International Finance and a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics from Wuhan University in China. Shi is also a CFA Charterholder.

A Chinese citizen, he is fluent in English and French.
