Lola joined Cube in 2023 as Senior Legal Manager.

Prior to joining Cube, Lola worked as a lawyer for 4.5 years in the alternative investment fund department of a major Luxembourg law firm. Her practice mainly focuses on assisting various local as well as international clients, notably alternative investment fund managers, from the set up to the liquidation of alternative investment funds and investment vehicles in Luxembourg. In addition to handling the establishment aspects, Lola’s area of expertise also includes ongoing legal assistance on financing operations and investment deals of both regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds as well as the negotiation and coordination with service providers, investors and supervisory authorities such as the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

Lola holds a specialized Master’s degree in international business law from the University of Nancy and passed her bar exam in Luxembourg.

Lola is fluent in French, English and Russian.
