Shi Zhou joined Cube IM in June 2019 as Investment Associate, focusing on the digital & communication sector.

Shi started his career as Analyst in Rothschild & Co Paris office within Global Advisory team, where he was involved in various executions (M&A, debt advisory, restructuring and rating advisory). In the telecom infrastructure sector, he worked on debt advisory to Allianz Capital Partners, AXA IM and Omers for the acquisition of a co-control stake in SFR FTTH.

He also participated in Equistone’s sale of Averys to Blackstone, disposal of Imerys Roofing to Lone Star by Imerys Group, Allianz’s minority buy-out of Euler Hermes and advisory to Apicil’s inaugural rating.

Before joining Rothschild & Co, Shi worked as off-cycle intern at Crédit Agricole CIB in Oil & Gas team and then at Lazard Frères Paris in Telecom & Technology team.

Shi holds a Master in Management Grande Ecole degree of HEC Paris with a major in International Finance and a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics of Wuhan University in China.

As a Chinese citizen, he is fluent in English and French.
