Since joining Cube IM in April 2010, Caroline Kragerud has focused on the public transport and the water and waste sector, and was notably involved in the acquisitions of Netinera Germany and Boreal Transport. She was appointed Investor Relationship Manager in January 2015.
Previously, Caroline has spent 8 years in different infrastructure companies with an experience as financial controller. Her last position was with Veolia Environnement where she held the position of financial controller responsible for the optimization of the group’s working capital requirements. Prior to this, she was international financial controller at Veolia Transport in charge of activities in Germany, Switzerland and several east-European countries, and has been involved in several acquisitions. Before joining the Veolia Group, she was financial controller at Busslink i Sverige AB (Keolis Group).
Caroline holds a M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
A Swedish citizen, she is fluent in French and English, and has a reasonable command of Norwegian, Danish and German.
